Who we are
SitePilot provides business management software for UK tradespeople. For the personal data of our account holders we act as controller; for the customer data you enter about your own customers, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), business details you provide, and the customer, job, quote, invoice, payment and photo records you create. We collect basic technical data needed to keep the service secure.
How we use it
To provide the service, keep your workspace private and secure, process your subscription, and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal data.
Your customers' data
Only you can access your workspace. Documents you share use private links that only the person you send them to should have.
Retention and deletion
You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your workspace records and photos.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
